GF series designed for giant wall mounted LED display with full front maintenance. The LED module, power supply and receiving card can be took out from the front side. If there is no maintenance space at the back of LED video wall like back maintenance tunnel, GF series is very suitable for the wall mounted with totally front service.
Standard cabinet size is 960x960mm, which is suitable to be used for giant video wall. IP65 high waterproof rate and totally front service gives a convenience to do the installation which mounted on a wall in the outdoor environment.
With a T tool, the LED module can be took out either from front side or rear side easily. No need 12pcs screws to fix the module on each LED module, save installation time and service time.
This is a wonderful design for outdoor front maintenace wall mounted project.
There are only a few steps to install the whole LED screen:
1. Fixed the structure on the wall.
2. Place the cabinet onto the structure.
3. Take the modules out from 4 corners.
4. Fix the cabinet with plates and bolts.
5. Connect the power cabinet and data cable between cabinets.
6. Put the module back.
With the simple cabinet design and high quality components to be used, the whole deign looks elegant and the cabinet is very easy to handle and install.
Assemble the whole cabinets in modular parts can save the whole installation time and the labor cost.
