500x500mm die-casting aluminum cabinet size, 7.5kg light weight cabinet size. Easy to be installed.
Perfect visual effect with the high quality components to be used, not only the high quality die-casting aluminum cabinet, but also high quality LED lamp, IC, PCB, module back shell, receiving card, HUB card, power supply, cables, connectors…
With the positioning beads, the cabinets in horizon can be combined together very quickly.
The up and down cabinets can be easily connecting with the lacated beam which can save the installation time.
The LED modules, power supply, receiving card…all the components can be took out from the front side. With the independent modular design, the screen can be easily to do the maintenance with only screw driver.
The full front maintenance can not only achieve with the screws, the power box can also be service with fast safety locks.
To do the maintenance of the power supply, there are 3 steps：
1. Loosen the safety fast locks.
2. Loosen the screws which connect the power box with the cabinet.
3. Loosen the screws on the power supply box.
Independent power supply box can be easily to be replace by a new one.
When there is very limited space at the back of the video wall, so the back maintenance is not available, so our DI series is a very good solution to do the serice from the front side, you can not only install from front, but also do the maintenance from the front.
Aging test is guarantee the quality and visual effect of fixed and rental LED display.
